Nursery
Chalk Farm Plants has been established since 1995.
It has developed to its present status supplying a wide range of Hardy plants, seasonal bedding and bulbs representing excellent value for money. Many of these plants have been propagated and grown ourselves with input from students that attend the project.
Our large gardens are being developed with new 'theme' areas under construction, the general public are welcome to browse round the grounds and view the plants in their maturity. We look forward to welcoming you to Chalk Farm Plants.
